Remote Server Monitoring services keep you informed about your Server's status, availability and performance of applications. You’r Server or Servers are one of the core elements that keeps your network running smooth.

Remote Server Monitoring is composed of 5 services.

• Server Monitoring - We monitor your server and or servers 24/7. Alerts are sent to our Network Operation Center and they are analyzed. Any critical issues are dealt with promptly. This has been an invaluable service to many of our clients.
• Software License Management – We maintain the license expiration dates of all of the critical software and hardware subscriptions running on your network. We inform you in advance before these subscriptions expire so the debilitating malware won’t leave you with a down system.
• Antivirus Management - We monitor your systems and make sure your antivirus server is working properly and is dispersing the signature files to the other computers. Any viruses found are remediated.
• Data Backup Monitoring – We monitor your daily backup and make sure to correct any problems which prevent your critical data from completing.
• Internet Connection Monitoring – We monitor your Internet connection and we inform you if there are any failures. Reports can be used to prove to your Internet provider that there has been a problem. We know of the outage before the customer.
